mixed martial arts (mma)

MMA, one of the worlds fastest growing sports, is a combination of techniques & strategies from various martial arts including Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Wresting, Judo, Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu & many more. While it is technically a combat sport, many proponents never compete preferring to focus on  & enjoy the numerous benefits this form of training provides. Either way a high emphasis is placed on respect & fair play.

The training provides a full body workout with all the expected physical benefits: strength, endurance & flexibility & because of the complexity of the movements co-ordination & balance are also trained. Martial arts also help to boost confidence while teaching restraint & calmness under pressure.
